QUILT CLUBS: SPRING 2014

(Sorry, web discounts do not apply to clubs.)
If you have a special interest and wish to share it with other kindred spirits, one of our clubs may be just right for you. Our clubs differ slightly from our classes: they are less instructional, with more interaction between club members. We always have an advisor on hand to give direction and to offer assistance.

tula pink modern blocks club

#SPTula100 Club
Join Jackie and friends once a month, as we work our way through Tula Pink’s new book with a fresh new take on quilting, called 100 Modern Quilt Blocks. Each block has a full color photo of the finished block and easy to follow instructions. They can be completed in about 30 minutes.

Make 10 blocks or complete all 100–The choice is up to you. This club is designed around you–we want you to be inspired to design a quilt that reflects your lifestyle and personality. Maybe you would like to make a quilt with your mother, sisters, daughters, or granddaughters? Well, you can with this club!

The blocks are numbered, but not named–Tula would like you to give each of your blocks its own unique name. Jackie has started her quilt and has decided to name each block after a song title. She’s creating a quilt play list, so you will not only see the quilt, you will hear the quilt as well.

Sound like fun? What are you waiting for? Grab a friend and join us! We will be posting our progress on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (#SPTula100). Post your photos using our #hashtag (#SPTula100) so your friends and family can watch your progress. If you can’t make a meeting, you can still stay connected through social media.

*Book Purchase Required: 100 Modern Quilt Blocks by Tula Pink ($27.99 less 15% class discount.)

Class Registration Policies and Procedures

The following applies to all classes offered in this Class Schedule:

What do I need for class?
Each class has a Supply List. There may be additional class costs for special sewing supplies, such as freezer paper for a piecing class, special templates, or rulers, etc. Fabric requirements will be listed. Some classes require preparation prior to your first class, e.g., pre-cutting fabric, bringing design ideas, etc. Once you register for your class and receive your Supply List, you will receive a 15% discount on all required supplies. To receive the discount, you must have your Supply List with you when you make your purchase.

Registration Procedures
Pre-registration and payment are required. Register during our Fall/Winter Preview Party and receive a 10% discount on the fee. You may register by phone (541-549-6061) or at the store. You receive a 10% discount any time you register on-line at www.stitchinpost. com/classes.html (sorry, discount does not apply to Clubs, Workshops, Retreats and/or Special Events).

Class Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least TEN (10) DAYS prior to the class for a full refund. If the Stitchin’ Post cancels a class, you may take a store credit or request a refund.

Sometimes We Cancel a Class…
On occasion we will cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. We make that decision ten (10) days before the scheduled class. We recommend that you call to confirm that the class has met its minimum enrollment and will go on as scheduled. The safest bet is to do your class purchases within ten (10) days of the class date.
