The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show™
is
always on the second Saturday of July.
This year's show will be on July 10th, 2010,
from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
(Click here for the regular store classes.)
The "Quilter's Affair" will run from July 5 - 9, 2010.
Daytime classes take place from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Sisters High School. Lectures, evening programs, and other events take place at the time and place specified in
their description.

The Friday Picnic is FULL.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $20.00.
An additional $10.00 fee will be charged for any
changes
made after we have processed your initial registration.
Also, there will be a
$5.00 replacement charge if you forget to bring
your class confirmation form to class with you.
There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 31, 2010,
but you are welcome to give your spot to a friend.
(If you cancel before June 1st, your class fees will be refunded.)
All classes are filled on a first come/first serve basis.
Mailed, Fed Ex, UPS, overnight
delivery, and walk-in registrations are acceptable.
Sorry, we do not accept phone, faxed, or e-mailed registration forms.

You can pick up your Quilter's Affair Tote Bags and registration packets at the Sisters High School beginning Monday, July 5th from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. (Early pick-ups will be available Saturday & Sunday, July 3 & 4, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.)

The Quilter's Affair Class Schedules for 2010 were mailed out
at
the beginning of January. They are sent via bulk mail,
so please
allow extra time for delivery.
