quilters affair workshops - sisters oregon - july 4 - 8, 2016



The "Quilter's Affair" will run from July 4 - 8, 2016.

Daytime classes take place from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Sisters High School.
Lectures, evening programs, and other events take place at the time and place specified in their description.

Hard copies of the Quilter's Affair Class scheduleswill be mailed out at the end of the year.
2017 Workshops will be postedfor previews on December 28.

Online Registration for the 2017 Quilter's Affair Workshops
begins in January.

You can sign up for any remaining classes at the High School on July 4-8.

If you have registered, but still need to pay your registration fee, click here.

We will process all registrations based on the order they arrive.
All classes are filled on a first come, first served basis – this includes both online and mailed-in forms. Requesting a class online will not guarantee that you get into that class.
If the class is full, we will add you to the waiting list.

Additional Important Information:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25.00.
An additional $10.00 fee will be charged for any changes
made after we have processed your initial registration.

Also, there will be a $5.00 replacement charge if you forget to bring
your class confirmation form to class with you.

There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 31,
but you are welcome to give your spot to a friend.
(If you cancel before June 1st, your class fees will be refunded.)

All classes are filled on a first come/first serve basis.
Mailed, Fed Ex, UPS, overnight delivery, and walk-in registrations are acceptable.
Sorry, we do not accept phone, faxed, or e-mailed registration forms.


As soon as your registration is processed and your credit card is approved,
your confirmation will be mailed to you along with supply lists.

Tote bags and name tags for Quilter's Affair participants are available
at the High School beginning Monday, July 4 from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

(Early pick-ups are available the Saturday & Sunday before Quilter's Affair week
at the Stitchin' Post from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.)

If you forget your confirmation or lose your name tag, there will be a $5.00 replacement charge.
